To all of our valued clients,

This letter is to inform you that as of Friday, December 15, 2017, KillerGrafix, Inc. will close the operation of the company.  It has been a great pleasure doing business with you and we have enjoyed serving all of our clients over the past twenty-two years.

The first thing you need to know is that the server your site operates on will not be shut down.  Our provider Spiderhost has agreed to take over the operation of the server, technical support, and billing you for your hosting moving forward. As of December 15, 2017 all support calls should be directed towards Jim Wallace at Spiderhost using the phone number (407) 444-2760 or by e-mail at info@spiderhost.com.

What you need to do moving forward.

We will continue to bill for the hosting services until December 2017.  Make sure to pay your hosting bills if you intended to transition to Spiderhost.  If you are looking to move your website, then make sure to pay your bills until you are ready to make the move to your new hosting company.  This will insure that there are no service interruptions.  Our goal is to hand over a clean client file to Spiderhost to make sure there are no billing errors as they move forward supporting you.  I will be updating client information to make sure that any e-mails or contact information is up to date.

If you have a domain with us, and we have managed it for you, then you will either need to move your domain to an new Registrar or contact Spiderhost to take over the management of your domain.  For those of you who do not want to be involved with the domain name systems, Spiderhost can manage the transition and then bill you as we have done in the past.  This choice is up to you, but you will need to make sure that all of the domains you wish to keep are transferred before December 15, 2017 to make sure you will have access to them and do not allow them to lapse.  If you are moving your domains to a new registrar you will need to contact us for an Authorization Code or an EPP Code to initiate the transfer. KillerGrafix, Inc. will no longer support domain names after this time.

What to expect from now until we close.

We will work to continue to support our sites and make minor changes to keep your site running until our last day.  We advise that you contact us for changes via e-mail (info@killergrafix.com) as we are going to be difficult to reach by phone.

If there is an emergency, such as a down server, that will not wait, please contact Jim at Spiderhost directly.  You can reach him at (407)-444-2760.

Again, it has been a wonderful working with all of you and we wish you the best moving forward.
